This flat consists of 80m2 distributed in: living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and pantry with a capacity for up to 6 persons.
The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine with Nesspreso capsules, kettle, toaster and juicer. There is also a hairdryer and clothes iron.
Suite for Two:
This cosy flat in 30m2 as its name suggests, it has the capacity to 1 or 2 persons.
It features a flat-screen TV, kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine with Nesspreso capsules, kettle, toaster and juicer.
It includes a varied breakfast for the enjoyment of guests and 24 hour service in both cases. They also have free wifi.
Near the flat there are car parks free of charge.
Pets are not allowed, nor stag and hen parties.

Flat Santiago is born in 2019 of the illusion of a Logroño native from the old quarter of Logroño and in love with his city.
Something for everyone to enjoy if you are interested in the history of each of the nooks and crannies most important places in Logroño. The idea is that everyone who comes to the capital of La Rioja will enjoy the city as much as they would the city itself.
In February 2023 they opened to the public Suite for Two with the idea of offering something more specific to couples passing through the city.

The flat is next to the Church of Santiagoone of the most important milestones for pilgrims on their way through Logroño, and during Holy Week they can enjoy the exit and entrance to the Church of the NazareneThe step, which weighs almost 2 tonnes, can barely fit through the door due to its size.
Just a few minutes away is the Co-cathedral of La RedondaThe church of San Bartolomé, the Calle Portales and other tourist attractions in the city such as the Paseo del Espolón.
