The building in which we are located is a 16th century palace house made with ashlar stone walls that belonged to the Ruiz del Castillo family, from whose lineage Pedro Ruiz del Castillo descends. founder of the city of Mendoza giving the name of his land to the valley of La Rioja in Argentina.

In 2018 the Raúl de Miguel brothers (Engineer), Luis and Maria (Architects) buy the property. At that time the building was in very poor condition.
