Kiso 411 is designed to for your enjoyment and we have designed it with this in mind. It has 900 metres of plot and 200 metres of house. divided into two floors and 4 zones:

Large Garden with natural grass, trees, a barbecue, and a gazebo with table and chairs, to enjoy the outdoors.
The jewel in the crown, the swimming pool with jacuzzi, jet and waterfall. There is also a bed and cushions.
Lower floor, at the foot of the garden. It has salon with projector and huge sofa, fireplace, rotating round table, kitchen open-plan equipped, a private garage and a bathroom with shower tray.
Upper floor for rest in four rooms.
- Bedroom with double bed, living room with TV and sofa bed, and two single beds. separate in another space that is not enclosed but secluded with privacy.
- Bedroom with double bed.
- Room with two single beds and built-in wardrobe.
- Bedroom with double bed and bathroom built-in two washbasins and bathtub.
- Complete bathroom with bathtub.

The pets are welcome at Kiso 411. It only admits rental of the whole house, room rental option not available. The timetable check-in is from 16h and check-out at 12h. We do not offer meal service, neither breakfast nor dinner. Maximum capacity up to 8 people.

Kiso means kiss in Esperanto the language without a flag and we couldn't think of a better name for this accommodation in Ollauri that is looking for bringing family and friends together in a privileged environment.

Kiso 411 was born out of its owner's whim to create a different kind of accommodation in Ollauri to what is in La Rioja.

Those of us who live in the area know the tourist potential of La Rioja Alta. Heritage, landscape, culture, nature, charming villages... A place where you can enjoy with your people in contact with the environment.

That is why, the garden and the swimming pool were a key point of the project. As well as the rental of a complete house, designed for groups of family or friends who come to visit us in a relaxed way. spend a few days in this land known worldwide for its wines.

"We spent a weekend and everything was great. The pool, the garden, the barbecue. The house is renovated and the rooms are fine (there is a bed that makes noise when moving, the only downside). The lounge with the projector, the kitchen with the rotating table... To stay and not leave the house! Ollauri is quiet but there are things to do, bodega conde de los andes, la taberna de ollauri... we will definitely come back!"
