Apartamentos Congreso is an accommodation located in Logroño that has 10 newly built flatsand maximum capacity of 4 persons each of them.
All have fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with luxury mattresses (pocket springs and visco), two types of pillows with different thicknesses, and an area of living-dining room a sofa bed large size and viscoelastic mattress 18 cm thick.
The flats are spacious and comfortable being perfectly adapted for people with reduced mobility. Counting on lift at zero level and parking with charger for electric vehicles.
The pets are welcome in the flats.
The check in can be done from 14h onwards. and check out is until 12h.

We are located right in the centre of LogroñoThe Espolón, a minute's walk from the Town Hall; a five-minute walk from El Espolón, the city's nerve centre and five minutes from the Old Town and Portales Street.
Here begins a beautiful walk, where you can visit the Concatedral de la Redonda and the famous Calles Laurel and San Juan, where you won't be able to resist trying the delicious pinchos (tapas) and Rioja wines.
The reception area centres the building and communicates with the private parkingwhere parking spaces are available (including electric charging points).

The Logroño Congress Apartments are born as a a family project none of the members have any experience in the tourism sector, as we are engineers, architects and economists. But with effort, hard work and a lot of interest in learningEach of them did their bit to carry out the project for the construction of 10 tourist-oriented flats.
During the process, everyone defended his or her point of view when it came to make decisions for design and construction of the flats.
We were in the midst of a coronavirus pandemic, with an economic framework of a lot of uncertainty. This made it more difficult to keep a cool head and be sure of our project.
The construction of the flats took two and a half years, from the time the structure, which was the skeleton of the building, was acquired to the time it was completed. We have completed the works and will open to the public at the end of 2022.
Our project was just beginning and demanded much more from us than expected. But at the same time, it also taught us the satisfaction that comes from to serve our guests, to listen to their stories and above all to be able to guide, recommend and narrate good things about our city and our land.
To date we have welcomed guests of 39 different nationalities, and we are very pleased and proud to have been able to welcome you in our home.

Logroño has a population in excess of 152,000 inhabitants It is home to practically half of the population of La Rioja. It is located in the Ebro ValleyThe river that flows through the city.
The religious and civil heritage abounds in the streets of the historic city centre Highlights include the Cathedral of La Redonda, the Church of Santiago (the French Way of St. James crosses the city), the ravelin wall, the palace of Espartero and the current Museum of La Rioja and the Paseo del Espolón.
The cultural and leisure activities for all tastes is abundant throughout the year. Museums, exhibitions, theatre, cinema and, above all, good wine and good food.
For those who prefer to enjoy a more natural environment without going far from the city, you can go to the La Grajera reservoir 5km from the city with 427 hectares of recreational area.
