At Valenciso we are experts in the handling of cement depots. All our red wines are fermented and stabilised in concrete tanks.

Reserva de Rioja Tinto: Manual harvesting and processing in cement tankThe malolactic fermentation took place spontaneously in April, which favours elegance and unctuousness. Aged 19 months in barrel after which it returned to the cement tank, where it matured for 12 months. Clarification with egg whites was not necessary, making it suitable for vegans.
